One colour-coded timeline across the whole portfolio shows who sleeps where, which channel the booking came through and which turnover is due in between. Double bookings are impossible: the database itself guards availability, one row per occupied night.

Switching systems fails on the boring part: somebody has to retype two hundred apartments, their seasons, their owners and next season's bookings. While we are launching, that somebody is us. Import and format conversion are included on every plan, Free included.
The terms, in full: one migration per new agency, free of charge during our launch phase, whichever plan you start on. We need the files, one person who can answer questions about them, and an hour for the run-through. Most agencies are live within a week; for very large portfolios or an exotic legacy system we agree the timeline before we start. The work stays free either way.
And because it should cut both ways: your data stays exportable any day, and when you leave we hand you the database.

Taste Pro first: every quarter, Free, Basic and Grow include a free 14-day Pro trial. The full feature set unlocks, and when it ends everything reverts by itself. Nothing to cancel, nothing is charged.
Fair switching, in writing: upgrades apply immediately (the remaining days are billed pro rata) and replace any add-on the bigger plan already includes, so you never pay for a feature twice. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at your next monthly billing date. No setup fees, no minimum term.
One catalog drives this table, the cards above and the billing itself, so they cannot disagree. Where a cell shows a price, that single feature is bookable as an add-on, and the tick one column to the right is always cheaper.

Past Enterprise's 150 units we negotiate custom terms, priced per portfolio. Users are unlimited on every paid plan; Free includes one admin login. “Planned” marks announced features: they ship to Enterprise first and are never charged for before they exist.

Generate a key in your portal and read units, availability, live quotes and bookings over REST, or connect Claude and other agents through our native MCP server. The API is read-only and never exposes guest data.

The part nobody wants to do. We take the spreadsheets, channel exports or PMS dump you run on today, convert them and load them into your workspace, after a dry run you sign off on. One migration per new agency, free during our launch phase, on every plan including Free.
Once a quarter, Free, Basic and Grow unlock the complete Pro feature set for 14 days, from the booking website and channel manager to API access. Unit and user limits stay at your plan's values. Nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel: the trial expires on its own.
You keep the current plan until your next monthly billing date; from then on the lower price applies. Nothing is deleted, and a scheduled downgrade can be cancelled with one click before it takes effect.
Each agency runs in its own isolated database. You can export all of it at any time, and when you leave we hand the database over to you and delete our copy.
Onboarding ships with local packs for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates. Kuwait and Oman are next. A pack pre-fills VAT, tourism fees, public holidays, districts and legal templates, and you can also start blank anywhere.
