A colour-coded timeline shows who sleeps where, which channel the booking came through and which turnover is due in between. Double bookings cannot happen: the database guards availability itself, one row per occupied night.
Every landlord gets a portal login with live occupancy, their booking periods and revenue share, and a monthly statement. The Friday-night 'how is my apartment doing?' email answers itself.
One engine prices every stay, from 5% VAT and the Tourism Dirham per bedroom-night down to the owner's share and your commission. Every quote is itemised and ready for UAE e-invoicing.
A white-label site on your own domain with live availability and seasonal pricing. An AI concierge answers guests within the rules you set.
Channel bookings land next to your own. Each one blocks the unit for its turnover, and the cleaning plan goes to the team responsible for that area.

Switching systems fails on the boring part: somebody has to retype two hundred apartments, their seasons, their owners and next season's bookings. While we are launching, that somebody is us. Import and format conversion are included for every new agency, whether you start with one unit or a hundred.
The terms in full: one migration per new agency, free of charge during our launch phase, whatever your portfolio size. We need the files, one person who can answer questions about them, and an hour for the run-through. Most agencies are live within a week. For very large portfolios or an unusual legacy system we agree the timeline before we start, and the work stays free either way.
It cuts both ways: your data stays exportable any day, and when you leave we hand you the full export.

Pay per live unit on a sliding scale, then switch on the packages you need at a flat monthly price. Users are unlimited, nothing else scales, and one catalog drives this page and the invoice, so they cannot disagree. Drag the slider to your portfolio.

Generate a key in your portal and read units, availability, live quotes and bookings over REST, or connect Claude and other agents through our native MCP server. Keys are read-only unless you grant them a write scope, and none of them exposes guest data.

Yes. Your first unit is free, with the whole core and unlimited users, no card required, and it does not expire. The second unit costs AED 20 a month, and every unit after that is cheaper than the one before.
Progressively, like a tax table: unit 1 is free, units 2 to 10 cost AED 20 each, 11 to 30 AED 17, 31 to 70 AED 14 and 71 to 150 AED 11. A 30-unit agency pays AED 520 a month, and only live (published) units count. Above 150 units we price per portfolio.
No. A package is a flat monthly amount, the same for 5 units as for 150: the booking website is AED 295, the channel manager and the AI concierge AED 185 each, the partner API AED 145, archive connectors AED 75, priority support AED 365. Switch all three online packages on and the bundle price of AED 550 applies by itself.
The part nobody wants to do. We take the spreadsheets, channel exports or PMS dump you run on today, convert them and load them into your workspace, after a dry run you sign off on. One migration per new agency, free during our launch phase, whatever your portfolio size.
